Problem with apply

Hi I will take new contratck with phone I apply more like 3 times before aplication was akcept and now I will do that again and is declined  why ?
can I go do apply again but in the shop place ?

can you help me? please

You need to wait a few weeks before applying again.

yes but before 2 times when I apply was all god.. and now is bad?

but , maybe can I go now to shop place and apply there ? or I have to waitng

Basically the problem occurred because you tried too many times... Once the system says no thats it... As said you will need to wait for a while before trying again. You could ring customer services if you still have problems http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
