Hi I feel like I am going round in circles I have been charged for the past 6 weeks £3.75 per time by this number 34060012 its on my ipad number customer help told me to text stop to it but the text wont go through
please someone tell me how I can stop this thank you

@Sue49740 As it is on the iPad number that you cannot send stop to please use the advice in the guide to contact the company charging you directly and also talk to o2 customer services.
