Hello, I order two new phone contracts last week, and I selected the option to keep our old numbers.
We have been waiting for the phones to be delivered since!
Today our old numbers were transfered (ported) to the new sims that come with the new phones.
We have no network now! Still waiting for o2 phone order to arrive it should be delivered last Thursday.
I can’t even call customer services because my number was ported to o2 before I even got the phone, this is unacceptable ,specially having children in school and being , me and my partner not being able to get contacted whatsoever. Can you please help.
