Can please tell me why my phone bill hasn’t been taken out on the 30th like normal and now I have an overdue on my account! The direct debit hasn’t been cancelled or anything, thankyou

Because Direct Debits dont get taken out on Weekends, so it will come out either today or tomorrow..
This is how Direct Debits have worked since they where introduced by BACS

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
