i have been getting text messages to tell me to pay my bill but everytime i phone the number to pay it just beeps and dosent ring or let me through, so i tried paying online but it also will not work. They will not take payment details through chat which is fair enough , but how am i suppose to pay my bill? my phone has now been cut off and i can no longer send messagers or use my phone calls.

You will need to use another phone or write in.
You will have had reminders about the bill being due at least 2 weeks in advance, and you really should have a direct debit in place so this doesn't happen.

You need to call customer service. Can you borrow a friend's phone who could possibly be on O2? I thought you could contact customer service even if outgoing calls were barred, but maybe not.
