I have a credit balance on my pay monthly account. The email says get a refund in My O2... but I can't see the option anywhere. Can anyone help?

You need to go into My O2 then Billing and Payments.
Click on Request Refund
This does work as I requested a refund a few weeks ago.
PS just to add, after I made the request, I didn't receive any notice from O2 that it had been successful. However, 4 days later the refund was in my bank.

Further to the above.. I didn't get a refund. They reviewed my request for a CREDIT of £30 which has been granted and will be applied to my account. I guess that's the closest I can get to having the money back!

Weird are the ways of VMO2 these days, @Martini007 - well done on persisting with them to service your request. Multiple handsets/contracts on the same account does often flummox both the computer system(s) behind O2 and the O2 CS personnel as well. 🙄
