I ordered iPhone 16 plus on the 10th of December and it hasn't arrived. On my O2 account say it's processing and it hasn't changed. I also phone twice with no much help there. Does anybody have the same problem.

@John87 If you search on the community you will find that you're joining a long list of customers waiting for their phones. There was a warehouse issue that caused delays, but O2 also doesn't operate a live stock reporting system and never has. Your chances of getting what you ordered in a timely manner are very slim.

There's been a couple of things that have delayed orders, even non-fulfillment items like porting or SIM swaps.

There was a warehouse issue, chemical leak? Also 360 has an issue where some orders are not being completed, I've been moaning about my number port and dead SIM on another thread 🙄

I was told by complaints they were hoping to have a resolution by 20th but that date could slip.

I ordered my phone on 29th Nov and still don't have it. I don't mind the delay so much, it's the misinformation and lies from customer services I find appalling

It is the gift that keeps on giving, @Timelordtrouble - keep hassling O2 over one of the Social Media channels in here: Guide: How to find help & contact O2 - I find using X and DMs on same thread work well enough.

Good luck!

What really sickens me about this fiasco is people who bought phones from O2 as Christmas presents are being given a real runaround. 'Not allowed to cancel as it's processing' is a new one on me.

Four weeks isn't processing, it's delayed!!

Pity O2 weren't upfront about delays (as I've seen on giffgaff). This would have given people the option to try elsewhere before Christmas.

Personally, I would take my custom somewhere else and return O2's offering if/when it arrives!!

Although. on the 21st December, it's probably all too late.

Well done O2, another fiasco, causing disappointment to many people!!

I couldn't agree more @Cleoriff ! 👍

Much agony could have been avoided if O2 were more open and honest about the situation. As @Timelordtrouble has articulated, it is not just the delay but also the lack of information that irritates many customers.

It's the same old story every Christmas with O2

...although this situation seems to be happening week in and week out for all of 2024

Yep same problem. I ordered a new upgrade at the end of November and have been repeatedly told (even just today 30 Dec.) that my "parcel is currently with DPD" etc. What's even more frustrating is that on 2 December an attempted delivery was made by DPD but I could not take the call in time (as I was working!) and so the phone went back to them.
