@Anonymous I wondered (as the title of the post is O2 Pay as you go ) whether the OP was actually looking for a PAYG tariff? .......Isn't the Simplicity tariff for Contract?
I know mine is

There used to be simplicity for pay and go but it's long since gone....though there was never anything like the OPs needs.
