I find it strange that there is no email address for o2 customer support

There is a long winded way to send an email as they now prefere you to use live chat.

There is a form that sends an email to o2 https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?q1=1&qid=1

If you want to complain and not just contact o2 search complain in the support site and you will find a direct email address for the complaints review service
