hi, my phone contract expires on the 28/11/22 when can I take out a new contract with o2 , they have told me I can upgrade for about £13.99, but I can get a new phone and contract with MPD half the price , thanks gazza

Hi @Gazza1 

If you want to go with MPD, and are staying with O2,  then  do your upgrade through them just a few days before the 28th. MPD do the transfer as part of your sign up process.

If you are changing to another network then you'll need your PAC from O2 Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] to give to your new provider. A Pac will last for 30 days.
