My bill

Hello I have had an investigation start on my phone as got charged a bill that isn't mine and I have not dailed the numbers as a lad that's works for O2 Shaun checked and said I haven't doesn't understand why this had happened. 

My phone has been block for no reason and it was supposed to be under investigation. I would like this sorted out now or I will be taken yourself to court as I havent called these number.
