Hi,
I was on the phone with o2 this morning to try and end my contract but keep my number and move it over to an existing o2 pay monthly sim that I already have.
I got disconnected from the call and I now can't see the number I wanted to keep under my account, I have also had an email about disconnecting that number! I also now can't use my phone so presumably the number I wanted to keep has been disconnected in error!
Can someone tell me if that can be reversed? ( I really can't lose that number!!) and can an o2 number be sent to another o2 pay monthly sim only plan?

Drop into an O2 Shop today with both phones, SIMs and valid photo id, @NicoleT - or you can try to get the O2 Social Media Team, on X or Messenger, to help - the links to thos social platforms are both in Guide: How to find help & contact O2
