Good morning.
i am not very techie, and have just been shown, by the o2 shop how to use a personal hotspot, for my ipad. This is working well.
However on checking my account, it says that i have used 8.2 mb of mobile data.
My plan is unltd text and calls plus 10 mb per month.
when i look at my o2 account online it says i have 9.6 mb left this month.
whats mobile data?
do i need to worry about getting a big bill.

Hi @Anonymous An explanation about mobile data is here http://www.o2.co.uk/tariffs/mobileinternetdata-popup
It appears you still have a fair amount left on one reading so I wouldnt worry too much, Not sure why there should be such a disparity between the two amounts though. You could check that with customer services if you are concerned http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Also remember to use wifi whenever you can...that will cut down on the amount of mobile data you use
