Mobile cannot receive or make calls

Hi ,

At the moment, my phone cannot receive or make calls, or get any data. 
And I have a dual Sim and am currently outside of the UK
So I didn't notice - but it has been like this for a few weeks at least.

Could be any number of reasons, particularly if you've been abroad for more than 63 days in the last 4 months.

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG
