I've had 4 in the past but it all depends on what O2 feel you are good for when they run affordability and credit checks.

All depends on your credit score, your affordability score, and also what risk you pose to o2 to be allowed more than 1 line.

The only way you will find out is by applying as no one not even sales can tell you.
