I have a legacy phone that I’ve had for years. I recently went to use it and it shows sim registration failure and it has been removed from myo2. I’ve contacted customer services and been to an o2 shop but all they do is give me phone number 08082816956 for the legacy team. I’ve spent many hours on hold but no one ever picks up.

Hi Dave, Issue has not been resolved. Phone still disconnected. I Managed to speak to two more o2 agents. One hung up on me as soon as I explained the problem, the other said he would forward my details for a callback but it could take up to a week.
