Hi all
I left O2 in January 2021, moving to a service provider who had better roaming charges in a country I was working away in for the first three months of 2021. However I now find I can't access and download my O2 bills.
There is no email address for customer services. Is there a way to get bill copies for 2020 from my now closed O2 account?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Hi Chris,
Did you manage to get hold of your old bills? I am in a similar position and want to know if it is worth the effort of going through chat/calling or not.
