Why cant i access Chris brown o2 priority tickets for Glasgow for presale for 1/7/25, ticketmaster says there is an o2 priority early access for the venue but I have every option minus Glasgow?

I would also suggest speaking to TicketMaster, as they are the ones who control the roll out of pre-sales tickets, but it is dependent on if the Promoter wants to take part or not...
