Hi, please cancel my phone contract. I've cancelled my direct debit payment as I haven't used it in almost 2 years. I got an email asking for payment, but seeing as I've been paying O2 for nothing for over a year, this is unnecessary. Please cancel my phone contract immediately.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Please take care if you @teapot12 have cancelled your direct debit. If O2 perceive that you owe them money, they can be quite ruthless. They will sell your perceived debt to a Debt Collection Agency and trash your credit score in the process. 👍
