Hello everyone,
Is there any way I can check how long I have until I can upgrade my phone? When I click on the link that says:
"To check how long you’ve got until you can upgrade just click here. If you’re eligible, you’ll be able to do everything online."
I get redirected to the home page. If I go to my personal account and the upgrade options, it just says:
"We're sorry,
you don't seem to have any accounts to upgrade."
Is there any way I can find out how long I have on my account until I can upgrade?
I think it should be now, as I have had my phone since December 2010 and I have previously been able to upgrade every 18 months.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
