Website is useless

And so is the o2 app!  It never, ever lets me see my data useage so I have no idea if I'm close to the limit.  And now the site just times out when I go to view a bill.  My bill is 30p higher than usual, I was curious as to why but the site chugs along then times out (I have a 50mb cable connection, not my problem).

Was the tariff an upgrade or are you a new customer to O2 with this SIM card?

Have you considered:

- you might have the wrong username?
- you might be accessing the wrong page on the website?

If you genuinely think that there's an issue, please call customer services and they can investigate it for you.

You need to phone cs to get your correct details. If you have a data Bolton on your account you will not get charged data! Even if you go over your allowences. You will receive two text messages, one at 80% usage then one when you've used the full allowences. O2 then slow your data speed to about 15kbps. Can you get your data usage on wap? Open your phones Internet browser and go to wap.o2.co.uk/myo2 remember you must have wifi off

Yep the Internet works fine and is fast, and I was able to see my data allowance for the first few days when I got the contract. I can see the calls and texts but data says:

This allowance runs from ${dataAllowance.startDate.longFormat} to ${dataAllowance.expiryDate.longFormat}
Review your package if you need to add more data or use Wi-Fi.
As of $dataAllowance.lastUpdated.timeFormat on $dataAllowance.lastUpdated.longFormat

New customer. My phone is able to track usage but it would be nice to get a more accurate figure from o2.

Have you reached your first billing date? Log into my O2 and see when your next bill date is. If you haven't reached your first bill date this would be why. It'll normally sort it's self out after your first bill. If your after this date contact CS on 202 for free slight_smile
