What happened to the GURU exactly were they transferred to general customer sales assistants? or were there services dispensed with? How can I get in touch with an amazing Guru from the now defunct Holborn Store. It was not made ware that store would closed

Think they have upskilled all the guys and gals in store to help with all issues.
No company has to tell anyone about stores closing and with the pandemic some store become surplus to requirements..
