HI,
I got my nana a tablet for lockdown. I want to check how much data she has used each month to see if I need to chage her tariff. I cannot find this info anywhere in MyO2. Where is it hiding? I can only see what she has used so far this month, not past months. For that I can only see an average. As she gets more used to the technology she is using it more, so I really want to see last months usage!

Have a look at the help here Guide: My O2 - Allowances
From there you can either see the allowance breakdown (how much you get and when it will renew) and a link to the bolt on section.
If you then click on previous usage, you get a quick summary of how much you have used in the last 6 months, and an average.
This will be useful come the end of your contract as it will guide you as to how much you may want or need…

Hello,
Thanks for your reply. This appears to be via an app on the phone. I am looking on a laptop. Could you please tell me how to find this information through the MyO2 section on the website?
Thank you

I use a laptop to access My O2 @JeanJeanie
This might help Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
It's a big guide but will show you everything you need to know.

If you are looking online in your MyO2 you need to tap on change tariff and it will show you similar, but only for the last 3 months.
