Depending which email service and program you use for reading your email, @Ruth07, you may be able to recover them - see if this helps:
https://emailanalytics.com/recover-deleted-emails-gmail-outlook/
If you are using a different email service, use Google to search for info on that service and how it handles emails that are flagged for deletion. Pretty sure O2 won't be able to resend the emails to you. If the emails were bills or payments, you can access about 2 years' worth of of these in your MyO2, Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? as you are a Pay Monthly customer.
