Cancelation fiasco

We live in Spain now and have been trying to cancel both our accounts, called 02 on the 14th of January and we were told both accounts would be closed, a payment was taken in February, double the monthly tariff and we have just had an email informing us of our next march payment.

Called O2 and after explaining the situation they tell me the cancelation request was cancelled.

They have now passed me a number to call to cancel again and surprise surprise we can't get through to it.

 

Anyone help with a number we can call in the UK to help us

As I assume you will not be keeping your number or taking another UK mobile, you'll need the old cancellation guide, as the updated one doesn't suit you
