I received a bill yesterday for an account i haven't had for a very long time. I closed my account with you on the 13/11/24 **********, I have been charged £17.33 for a very old phone number ending in 6271 , account ********** , it's years since I used this, have I been billed for those years I haven't used this? If so can I be refunded?

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
