Hi,
Paid my monthly bill early with credit card on the 21st. Direct debit still went out on the 23rd from my current account.
What do I do to get my money back or use it for the next month?

Direct debits are automated so you paid too close to the date for the system to know.
It will stay as a credit for next month or call O2 for a refund.
You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
May also be possible to request refund in your MyO2

You need to pay at least 5 working days before the direct debit is due to be taken so as not to have the problem re-occur
As said, leave for next month if your finances allow it

Hi Jonsie,
On Paypal the refund was done within 30 minutes. But they told me it will take up to 5 business days to hit my credit card........will let you know when it arrives!
