Hi, I gave O2 my PAC number last week but I still don't have a text to say they are changing me back to my new number. Anyone know how long it will take to get switched over?

hello @Karin2

If you check @MI5 link to Requesting a switch, the help page said that "Forms sent by 5:30 pm will be completed the next working day. Forms sent after 5:30 pm will be completed within two working days. You'll receive two text messages, one to confirm the date of your switch and one to remind you on the day."
