I’m an existing O2 customer and have upgraded my phone. I want to keep my existing number but my old phone was an eSIM and my new phone has been sent with a plastic SIM. I’ve added all my data, apps etc to the new phone but can’t get the SIM to work to make calls. How do I move my number and tariff from my old eSIM phone to my new phone with a plastic SIM?
