I am a Pay as you Go costumer. I arrived in France and received a message from O2 saying I could use my tariff like in the UK. Then I arrived in Belgium and received a text saying I would be charged £2/minute on calls, 50p message and £7.20/MB. However, Belgium (as a European country) is part of the EU zone so I should not be charged. Could someone please help?
