swap to esim

i would like to swap to eSim from the plastic sim card

please advise how this can be issued

Easiest and lest stressful is going instore where they will swap you over

You can order from customer service but they willl disconnect your current sim immediately and you will need to wait for the esim to be pushed to My O2 (however you will have no phone to receive the text needed)

Our advice : unless you really need an esim stick to the physical plastic sim

Be aware that there have been many problems on O2 with esims of late, so think carefully before you switch. Unless you absolutely have to have an esim, you're still better off with a plastic sim at the moment.
