I cannot access my account

I upgraded form sim only to an ipad so no longer have the number on my account therefore I cannot log onto my account to pay my bill as it wants to text me a code to a number that no longer exists

Resolved! Voice calls from the Uk to France charges

Are voice calls from my mobile to France included with my package allowance or are there roaming charges like other service providers..??

New contract

I joined o2 on Wednesday and keeping in mind it’s now Sunday and it still won’t let me on the app it says to wait until 42 hours to join and it’s been well past that. I don’t know why it won’t let me on
