Change of direct debt date

I’m looking to go about changing my direct debit date which I can’t seem to do on My O2, anyone any ideas?

O2 are the only people who can agree to a change of direct debit date. They are closed now so try again at 8am. Use any or all of the numbers in the link posted by @jonsie above.
