Hi @Seacombe the only option is to persevere and get through to the payments team, only they can authorise delayed payments, and keep you connected unfortunately

Your phone will still be restricted after speaking with the PMT, you will need to call again to have it reconnected.

No one can override the auto system unfortunately @Seacombe
