So I've had conversations with O2 about my situation, I got arrested and the police took my phone's, I gave them passwords.
One of my phone's was dismantled clearly on purpose as I had given the right passwords for EVERYTHING and they have cheapskated their way through compensation. They have given me £150 back for a Huawei P30 that was good as new. I'm still paying £55 a month for this phone and it's impossible getting through to O2 on the phone. I don't have my address on my account updated and can't do this until I get my other phone back from the police. What am I supposed to do keep paying for a phone I haven't used in 6 months and will never get back or can I get some help because I've literally been wrongfully arrested and had a phone destroyed on purpose. This was completely out of my control

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
