I recently bought a Virgin media and O2 sim volt deal. While on the chat with the O2 agent to purchase the volt deal, I was incorrectly given an expensive sim deal I hadn't asked for. When I pointed that out, the agent apologised and said that they would restart and give me the new sim deal I had asked for. But the next day, I received 2 sims - one I wanted and the other wrong one I was given by mistake. I called them back and was on the line the whole day trying to cancel the expensive one I didn't wantroperiod. But the next day I received billing information for both the sims. I have travelled out of UK into a non-roaming area and unable to phone the customer service. How do I cancel the sim I do not want as it is my right to do so? I don't want to charged for O2s mistake.

You will need to ring Virgin on 0345 454 1111 as they are the ones who processed the order, and they are the ones who need to cancel the wrong simcard.

Hopefully they wont recalculate the whole Volt bolt on.
