Cancelling Rolling plan in 02 app

Hi,

 

I have moved abroad and would like to cancel my Rolling plan. The instructions are to do it in the app or call to +44 344 8090202 

 

When calling there is first a constant ringing sound, which changes to busy signal. I also cannot find the cancel button anywhere in the app although the title there says that when selecting change tariff you should be able to do that. I also tried to change my plan to top up plan, but that is the only menu, which gives an error grin

 

Thanks a lot! Hope to find a solution without travelling back to the UK

Rolling Plans in the O2 realm are a Pay As You Go thing, @Wilhelm - you posted in Pay Monthly, confusingly.

If you still have access to your MyO2, simply remove your payment card details, the plan will revert to a £10 Big Bundle, and, if unused for a few months (180days?), the PAYG number will lapse and be reissued by O2 to another customer, no further interaction required by you. Simple.

If you mean something other than that, then please come back here. This query will be moved to PAYG topic if you leave no further update to the advice given here by @Cleoriff or me, @Wilhelm.

I didn't even look at the section the query was  posted in, as I know Rolling Plans are PAYG. 🤔
