Cancel contract or change to lower monthly payment or pay as you go

Hello,

I am currently living outside the country and have not been able to get my new sim card delivered outside of the Uk. I would like to keep a UK phone number and would like to either change network provider for a lower monthly charge or move to a pay as you go or the lowest monthly plan available. O2 sim cards can only be posted to a UK address. Maybe get it sent to a friend who can send it on to you.
