Hello,
Over the weekend I purchased a data bolt on and it wasn’t added to my account. I used my friends ‘hot spot’ to get enough data to log on to my account but it didn’t go through and she has just told me that extra data had been added to her account? How can this happen and is it possible to get a refund on my account?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
