I have signed up for sim only pay monthly but have not received the sim but received already bill.

You pay a month in advance and payment isn't due for 14 days

Contact O2 once you have the sim and they will credit you for the days you were without

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

Bear in mind please that the SIM will come via Royal Mail. 

Usual advice is to allow five or so days for delivery but with the Christmas post, you might need to allow a couple of extra days.
