Hello,
I'm shocked I just got an email saying bill is overdue, this as never happened before, if you look at my account its always paid on email that are sent which i have must not have received, which I rely on.
This appears to have gone a miss and I would not want this to affect my crdit file.
Would you please look into this.
Another question am I on o2 or virgin ???

Most likely you are O2, @Koles - and do not click on any link in the e-mail, but check out your account payment status in your MyO2, Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
Or if you are still on a VM mobile tarriff, check in your Virgin Mobile account: https://mobile.virginmedia.com/
