I have been with o2 for forever and now I can’t view my phone bill on the o2 app. Literally only shows that I have a watch as my only device plan. Tried deleting app but no joy.

Can confirm - moved over to the new system (based on the updated DD notification and new look website) earlier this week and the app version of My o2 now shows "information not available at this time" instead of allowances.
You can use the web version until the system corrects @lac18

You are probably being changed over to the new system
My O2 will probably settle down in a day or two
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
