Bad reception, speeds etc

Hi, I recently took out a contract with O2 because I wanted better reception, but it turns out it's a lot worse where I live and the speed of the 4G is terrible compared to my last company. Am I still able to cancel this contact if the issue persists? Am I able to get help from O2 to try and fix the issue?
