I am switching tariffs but still with O2. I'm doing this through Carphone warehouse and have been sent a new sim. how do I1) keep my number as it looks like the new sim has a new number.2) keep all the data I have on the phone (photos, contacts etc.)...

Resolved! Changing tariff while on rolling contract

Simple question. I’m now on a 30 day rolling contract and would like to remain this way, however I want to increase my data plan. If I change tariff will I remain on the rolling contract or am I committing to another 2 years? Thanks.

Just upgraded but not happy
