Afternoon,
I have been an 02 client now for many many years and have religiously renewed my contract with yourselves but am seriously thinking of leaving, I have had a quote of £44 a month to renew my contract with a Samsung s20 with 30g of data, unlimited calls and unlimited text which I was going to take until my partner made me aware that she has just taken out a contract with her supplier virgin for the same phone but with unlimited Internet use and at £35 a month, why is it you can't match these prices?

Because o2 have made the business decision to charge what they do... and don't do price match...
