Hello, I'm hoping someone could advise on how to about the following;

I want to add another Pay monthly SIM (different phone number) to my account for my daughter to use. She will be porting from EE.

Ideally, I want to order it from Uswitch, because they offer much better deals than what’s available via O2 direct. What would be the best way to do that? I am concerned the new SIM would replace my existing O2 SIM.

You can order from uSWitch.

When it takes you to O2 you will see this screen. Just choose Existing Customer wanting additional number

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Just choose "a new number" option rather than "upgrade" during the checkout process.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Ahh, great. Thank you. Was a bit wary having a go because setting up my own O2 account a few months ago was not exactly plain sailing 😆.

Is there a limit on how many additional numbers can be added? Husband also wants to leave EE, but his attempts to move to O2 have so far failed by the 'computer says no' system.

It seems that O2 allow a maximum of 6 contracts on one account these days.
