Hello all, is anyone experiencing any issues with there order being delivered and still in processing mines been processing since 18th August I’ve still not received it and 02 have escalated it to the 02 team a few times and one said that they’re 02 warehouses have been upgraded some orders are delayed all I’m getting each day is a text after 2pm saying this and nothing else further : O2: Your recent order has taken us a little longer to process, sorry about that. Your order should be with you tomorrow. Our carrier will text you with updates. Thanks.

I’m receiving the same message and I placed my order on 28th November!
I don’t know what’s your order, mine was an iPhone 15 pro and I think they actually don’t have it 😂
however they don’t let me buy other devices from store!

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max on 3rd December, was due for delivery on 4th December. I have also received the same text daily. On the app, my order still says processing. I haven't contacted o2 since I very much doubt they will be very helpful about it. Sadly I think there clearly is a backlog of all orders or something since there's a few of us in this boat at the moment. Please let me know if you get yours soon! hopefully we wont be waiting too long.

I’m having the same issue. Order placed on the 1st Dec. Just been told it will be dispatched on the 9th and I’ll get a delivery date too

Only thing for certain is that O2 is in a mess again. I doubt you will get a straight answer even if you ring
