fraudulent charges

I am being charged for expensive overseas calls which I did not make, and my outgoing

calls have been cut off as a result. I am having great difficulty getting through to anybody

to explain this problems. Has anybody else had a similar problem?

It could be a dodgy app that is making those calls, as a way of talking home.
