Have you followed the instructions on the voucher to call 4444 and apply it to your phone?

If you are on a Big Bundle, texting BALANCE to 20202 should show how much of your bundle minutes, texts, data are remaining. 

Or key *#10# and dial/call on your phone dialling app.
