Growing increasingly frustrated with O2.
Preordered the s25 ultra when it first came out...few weeks later, I received my code and I was quite impressed.
Tried using it and it keeps on saying they can't verify my card. I have tried 6 different cards from different banks and I keep on getting the exact same massage.
Called multiple times and keep on getting told that a new code will be sent within 48 hours. After 48 hours, I'll call again and get told exactly the same thing.
It's been almost a month now and no one ever gets back to me 😒

Pre ordered my s25 ultra and I've still to receive my text with code on...
Spoke to o2 on chat given a code that don't work!!
Spoke to o2 on call told it'll be emailed to me within 24hrs still not had it!!
So frustrating 😫
